GYD series Oil with Single-cone rock bit
Single-cone rock bit utilizes diamond composite inserts to increase abrasive resistance of teeth and life of bits. New hydraulic structures improve the cleaning ability of hydraulic system in washing cones and shaft bottom to optimize the flow distribution at the bottom of shaft. Bit body utilizes cutting conical-shaped inserts to provide well gauge protections and better redressing performances in ascending process.
This series of bits is applicable for slim hole drilling (such as side tracking, well repairing, etc.). It utilizes two stage gauge protection of the cone and bit body, optimized teeth placement, and oil storage sleeve bearing system. The bearing surface is welded and applied abrasive-resistant materials. Two watercourses structure of main and auxiliary are used for the hydraulic system with a jet nozzle and a diver-gent nozzle. It has high drilling efficiency and reliable stability.
3、Recommended drilling parameters
Soft formations with low compressive strength and high drillability , such as soft marl,salt, uncon-solidated sandstorm, salt, etc.
Soft to medium formations with low compressive strength, such as shale , clay, sandstone, soft limestone, etc.
Low compressive strength, medium and soft, and relatively hard abrasive interlayer strata, such as hard shale, hard gypsum, soft limestone, sandstone, laminated dolomite, etc
Formation with moderate hardness with high compressive strength ,Such as hard shale, limestone, sandstone, etc
With hard abrasive streak,such as hard shale,anhydrite,soft lime-stone,dolomite,etc
Note: The upper limits of drilling weight and rotary speed recommended in above table could not be used at the same time.
